You should expect courtesy and respect in a safe environment. You should expect excellent care. Speak out. Help us improve. Tell when you have concerns with your care, treatment, or team. Or compliment your care team so they know they have done a good job.

At ACCESS, ask for the Associate Unit Manager or ask for the Lead Nurse at Bluitt- Flowers and Southeast Dallas Health Centers. These team members are the supervisors. They handle the daily operations and will respond to any problems, you may have. If they cannot help with your problems, ask for the Unit Manager.

After your medical visits, you may receive a satisfaction survey. Look at the survey title to know the clinic name. Offer feedback only for that clinic. The surveys are for the specific visit in the heading and for the staff who helped you on that day/visit. General feedback forms are available, please ask.
