• Nominations are open to direct care nurses within Parkland Health (inpatient and outpatient settings)

Nominate a DAISY Nurse by completing this online form. Nominations are due by the 15th of every month.

Nominations can also be emailed to Parkland.nurses@phhs.org or placed in the DAISY nomination boxes in the nursing units.
