To Your Health is a monthly digest of simple health tips for Parkland patients that's full of patient education with preventive health information, such as tips for managing diabetes or the benefits of getting a flu vaccination at one of our community clinics.
The bilingual print edition of To Your Health is distributed to Parkland’s health centers and to community partners throughout Dallas County. You can also sign up to have these tips emailed to you each month.
