The birth of your baby is a special time, and we want to help you welcome your new little one into the world.
If you think you are in labor, you should come to Parkland’s Labor and Delivery Triage department, located on the third floor of the hospital.
During your stay you will be cared for by our highly trained registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians and bilingual medical assistants. Our staff members provide quality care in a safe, comfortable setting for you and your baby.
Labor and Delivery staff provides expectant mothers with
- Caring, experienced staff dedicated to your comfort and health
- 24-hour emergency care
- Nurses available by phone anytime, day or night
- On-staff Spanish translators and interpreter services
Our Labor and Delivery Triage staff can be reached 24 hours a day for any questions or concerns you may have about your pregnancy. If you believe you are in labor or you are experiencing pain, you are welcome to come to the hospital at any time.
