If you need immediate medical attention and it is not life-threatening:

• Call 214-266-4000 to request a same-day acute care appointment at one of our community clinics. Availability is limited.
• Visit Parkland's Urgent Care Emergency Center (open Monday - Friday | 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday | 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Closed Sunday). 

New Patients

If you are seeking to establish primary care at one of Parkland's community clinics located throughout Dallas County, call our Patient Access Center at 214-266-4000 to schedule your initial appointment.

Already a Parkland Patient?

• If you are already a Parkland patient, you can schedule an appointment on MyChart or by calling 214-266-4000.
• Need help logging into your Parkland MyChart? Contact the Parkland eSupport line at 214-590-TECH (8324) Monday through Friday 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. or email mycharthelp@phhs.org. 
• Virtual appointments are also available through MyChart. Learn how to schedule a Parkland Connect virtual appointment here.
• If you need to speak to a registered nurse, call 214-266-8777 or 888-667-7890. The Parkland Nurse line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
