Visitor Policy
What visitors need to know:
Visiting hours are from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day.
You may call the hospital operator (214-590-8000) to reach the patient's room.
For inpatient areas, the number of allowed visitors will be determined by nursing staff on a case-by-case basis.
Visitors may not eat food in patient rooms.
Connecting virtually with your loved one
In some cases, Parkland may use technology such as conference call or video chat to help provide healthcare and reduce the need to be inside the healthcare facility. We also work with patients and their families to use technology to help them stay in touch with each other while hospitalized, such as video chat.
