Orthopedic surgery is the branch of surgery concerned with conditions involving the musculoskeletal system. Our surgeons care for people with fractures, arthritis and sports injuries. Your physician can initiate the referral process to orthopaedics. Parkland makes it easy for providers to refer patients through two convenient options:

• Online Referral

  For immediate processing, submit referrals online via the secure provider portal to Parkland's Orthopaedics.

• Printed Referral Form

  If an online referral is not possible, please complete the paper referral form and send it directly to Parkland. You can also view the full list of orthopaedic specialties and download the specialty clinic referral guidelines.
