CMS Core Measures

Core Measures are an important way to measure the quality of care that a hospital is providing to its patients. These measures also provide a way for hospitals to identify areas that need improvement and to take action needed to provide the best care possible. Currently Parkland tracks and reports the following Core Measures:

• Preventive Care
  
• Emergency Department Care Outpatient
