MyChart

Access your Medical Record through MyChart!

MyChart is a tool that lets you easily see and manage your health information. If you've been to different doctors or hospitals, all your information can be in one place.

Here are some things you can do with MyChart:

  • Make Appointments: You can ask to see a doctor or nurse.
  • Ask Questions: You can talk to your nurses and doctors by sending them messages.
  • Get Medicine: If you need more medicine from Parkland, you can ask for it.
  • Get Alerts: You'll get a notification when you have new test results, new messages, or when it's time to get more medicine from Parkland.
  • See Test Results: You can look at the results of tests like blood tests and X-rays.
  • Check Your Health Record: You can see your medical record and your family's health information.
  • Share Health Info: You can send your blood pressure or blood sugar numbers to your care team.
  • Answer Questions: If your clinic asks you questions about your health, you can answer them.
  • Check-In: You can check in online for your next appointment.
  • Pay Bills: You can pay your clinic or hospital bills.
  • Share Info: If you see another doctor, you can share your health information with them.

You can use MyChart online or get the app from iTunes® or Google Play™. Look for "Texas" and then scroll down to Parkland. You'll need to put in your username and password to use MyChart. You can watch a video on how to sign up here.
