Access your own Medical Record through MyChart! Available via the Web or an app for your phone or tablet!
Through MyChart, you can have secure, online access to your medical information anytime and anywhere either via the Web or through the app. Parkland MyChart is free for all Parkland patients and you can talk to Parkland staff to sign up or
sign yourself up.
MyChart can be used to
- Request or schedule appointments
- Communicate or ask questions to your nurses and doctors
- Ask for medication refills and renewals if using a Parkland pharmacy
- Get alerts when you have new results to view, new messages, or when your Parkland refill is ready
- View results of recent labs, radiology, and pathology tests
- Review your medical record and your family’s health
- Send blood pressure or blood glucose readings to review with your care team
- Answer questionnaires sent to you from your clinic about your health or medical conditions
- Check-in online for upcoming appointments
Soon you will also be able to:
- Pay clinic or hospital bills
- Share your medical record with an outside doctor that you are seeing so that they can review your medical information
You can access MyChart online or in iTunes® and Google Play™. To find Parkland in the app, click “Texas” when searching for a health care provider, then scroll down to Parkland. You will then be prompted to enter your username and password to access your MyChart account. View the video on how to register here.
