The Center of Innovation and Value at Parkland (CIVP) empowers patients through innovations in patient care, resource access and technology. CIVP works collaboratively to create and evaluate initiatives to transform the health and lives of the patients and community we serve.

Mission

We ignite breakthrough solutions in person-centered care from the safety-net system, championing equity-driven strategies that foster trust, advance health and create sustainable value for the Parkland community and beyond.

The CIVP Trainee Experience

The Center of Innovation and Value at Parkland provides trainee experiences through academic affiliations and Parkland workforce development intern placements. The multi-disciplinary make-up of our team allows for a wide range of project options and learning opportunities.
