At Parkland, community outreach and preventive care are just as important as the medical care we provide within the hospital.
The North Texas Poison Center (NTPC) will provide poison information, treatment recommendations and poison prevention tips. The Parkland HIV Department will also provide Rapid HIV screenings.The department also helps patients with their medication and offers case management, mental health services, prevention services and referrals.
