No one ever says quitting smoking is easy, but having a plan and a health care provider to guide you increases your chance of being successful. Parkland's Smoking Cessation Clinic helps adult patients who made the decision to quit smoking but need extra help.
Weekly support classes
Every Monday, a weekly introductory class and support group allow people openly share their struggles to live nicotine-free lives and help others to learn from their experiences. Through sharing both their victories and defeats, these activities significantly increase your chances of being successful in quitting.
