Paying for your services

We know this past year has been tough for many in our community. To alleviate some stress when it comes to paying for medical treatment Parkland helps patients find financial assistance. We help find programs to help you pay for your medical treatment, depending on your needs, through programs such as the Health Insurance Marketplace (ACA), Medicaid, Medicare and other funding sources, like the crime victims’ fund, Parkland Financial Assistance and the Parkland Community Health Plan. We can help you with the application process. We also have Medicaid staff at the hospital and many of our clinics.

Let us help you. To help figure out what programs you qualify for, your financial counselor will need information about you. To make an appointment with a financial counselor, you can contact our Patient Financial Services department at 214-590-4900, Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
