Please call for your free car seat check with the Injury Prevention Center of Greater Dallas for an appointment at: 214-590-4455
Those without appointments will be seen on a first come/first seen basis.
Please bring your car, your child, and the child's car seat.
Texas law requires that all children less than 8 years of age, unless taller than 4 feet 9 inches, must ride in a car seat or booster seat every time they travel in a motor vehicle.
