Are you having a heart attack?
 Minutes count when it comes to diagnosing a heart attack. Parkland is the first in the nation to operationalize a new, highly sensitive blood test to quickly determine if someone is having a heart attack. Parkland cardiologist Rebecca Vigen, MD, talked to KXAS-TV (NBC), Science Daily.com and Newsweek.com about the benefits of the new test that is three times faster than previous tests. In addition, the research was published in the American Heart Association Journal.
