Get pregnancy health tips sent to your phone
You can now get free health information on your phone while you are pregnant and after you give birth from a service that Parkland’s Dallas Healthy Start supports. A new service called Text4baby sends free health messages during pregnancy and the first year of your baby’s life.
The messages include tips on:
- prenatal care
- baby health
- nutrition
- exercise
- parenting
- breastfeeding
- car seat safety
Text BABY for English or BEBE for Spanish to 511411 to sign up for the service. Families can also download the Text4baby app for free on Apple and Android.
