Parkland will provide Rapid HIV screenings at no cost. The parkland HIV Department provides medical care to people living with HIV/AIDS in Dallas County. The department also helps patients with their medication and offers case management, mental health services, prevention services and referrals to parkland's 140 specialty clinics and HIV clinical drug trials.
