Parkland’s mobile immunization van will be available to provide vaccine services upon request and availability to children 3-18 years of age. Children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a
parent or guardian with a valid ID. Please bring the most recent hard copy of your child’s immunization record. Children covered by private insurance are not eligible for immunizations. Limited immunizations available, while supplies last. Wear comfortable clothing for an upper-arm shot.
