Mail Order Pharmacy

You may be eligible to use Parkland’s Mail Order Pharmacy service, which offers the convenience of having the prescription shipped directly to your address. Depending on your health plan and the type of medication, you could receive up to a 3-month supply at a time. There’s no additional charge for using this service. However, standard insurance copays or Parkland Financial Assistance fees may apply.

How To Use Mail Order Pharmacy

• Send New Prescriptions
  Ask your Parkland provider to send your prescriptions to the Parkland Mail Order Pharmacy.

• Request Refills
  Refills can be requested by contacting our Pharmacy Call Center at 214-590-1400, requesting a mail order form from the pharmacy, or through MyChart.

• Payment Options
  Payments can be made by money order, cashier’s check, or credit card over the phone. You may also choose to keep a credit card on file for future orders.

• Shipping Timeline
  Once payment is received and your order is processed, your medication will be mailed within 7-10 business days. Signature may be required.
