Parkland Health announces additional closures due to winter weather
Parkland COPC health centers to close on Saturday, Feb. 5
In a move to ensure the highest level of safety and minimize risk to patients, staff, and visitors, Parkland Health will close its two Community Oriented Primary Care health centers that were scheduled to open on Saturday. Parkland will also close and reschedule its two vaccination clinics.
Parkland health centers that will be closed on Saturday, Feb. 5:

- Garland Health Center

Garland, 75040
Patients who have an appointment on those dates will be contacted by Parkland to reschedule their appointments. Please do not contact Parkland.
Parkland vaccination clinics that will be closed on Saturday, Feb. 5:
- COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic – 2nd Dose

Note: The clinic has been rescheduled to 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 12 at the same location
- COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic & Flu Drive

Note: The clinic has been rescheduled to 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 26 at the same location. Only COVID-19 vaccines will be provided on this date.
COVID-19 Testing Center
In addition, Parkland’s COVID-19 testing center at Amelia Court Clinic, 1936 Amelia Court, Dallas, 75235 will have a late start on Saturday, Feb. 5. The testing center will be open for testing from noon - 4:30 p.m. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, Feb. 7.
