PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
The PGY1 Pharmacy Residency program is a 12-month postgraduate learning program designed to provide you with experience in all aspects of contemporary pharmacy practice.
Upon completing this residency, you will be a competent and confident practitioner in multiple patient care environments and will be prepared for a patient care position or for PGY2 training in your area of choice.
The program is customized to meet the education and learning experience requirements of the resident. In addition to core learning experiences, elective learning experiences are available. The Pharmacy Department has more than 30 practitioners who have completed residencies at numerous institutions throughout the United States. Preceptors serve on the Residency Advisory Council to direct the residency to a successful outcome.
