Despite breakthroughs in treatments, breast cancer remains one of the most common cancer in women, regardless of race or ethnicity. Women have a 1 in 8 chance of being diagnosed with breast cancer, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Get Your Screening Mammogram


Parkland’s Breast Health Center offers screening mammograms for eligible women who live in Dallas County. If you are 40 - 74 years old and have not had a mammogram in the last 12 months, you can schedule your screening in one of these convenient ways:

  • Health Centers

    Get your screening at a select Parkland health center, including the Moody Center for Breast Health.
