Parkland Connect is our virtual care clinic offering video visits for adults and children who need non-emergency care within 1–3 days.
Common conditions treated in a virtual visit:
- Cold, flu or minor respiratory infections
- Skin issues (rashes, irritation)
- Stomach concerns (nausea, diarrhea, constipation)
- Muscle and joint pain
- Depression or anxiety
- Allergies
- Medication refills (some restrictions apply)
- Diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid or cholesterol care
- Referral and lab requests
- Review of labs or imaging results
How to schedule an appointment

Step 1: Log in to MyChart.

Step 2: Click the “Visits” tab, then select “Schedule an Appointment.”

Step 3: Choose “See a Provider Now,” answer a few questions, then select your appointment time.
✅ Before your visit:
- Make sure your device is charged
- Connect to strong Wi-Fi or cellular signal
- Sit in a quiet, well-lit space
- Have your ID and any medications nearby
Appointment hours
Adult Virtual Clinic:
Mon–Fri: 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Fri evenings: 5 – 9 p.m.
Sat: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Sun: 1 – 5 p.m.
Pediatric Virtual Clinic:
Mon–Fri: 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
