If you need to follow up on a patient who was brought to or transferred to The Rees-Jones Trauma Center at Parkland, please let us know how we can help.

If you are a transferring facility

If you have transferred or brought a trauma patient to Parkland and would like follow-up please let us know. All transferring facilities will receive a transfer follow-up letter within 60 days.

If you are EMS

If you are with an emergency medical responder and need trauma patient follow-up or follow-up within 24 hours, please contact us.
