How to Get Help

If you have questions or concerns about your well-being, emotions, or behavior, our team of qualified behavioral health professionals are here to help. We offer free 15-minute behavioral health check-ins during clinic appointments. We also have scheduled visits. Behavioral health visits can be in-person or virtual (phone or video).
