Financial Services

Parkland’s Patient Financial Services

Financial counseling is available to all Parkland patients. Patient Financial Services offices are located on the first and third floors of the Moody Outpatient Center, and on the first floor of Parkland Memorial Hospital.

What is financial counseling?

Financial counselors help patients find programs to help them pay for their medical treatment, depending on their needs, through programs such as the Health Insurance Marketplace (ACA), Medicaid, Medicare, and other funding sources, like the crime victims’ fund, Parkland Financial Assistance, and the Parkland Community Health Plan. Parkland has financial counselors and Medicaid staff who can guide you through the application process. Below you will find information on how to make an appointment and get connected.
